PWYA's 11/12 league is a recreational baseball league that focuses on player skill development and exposing all players to a variety of positions.

Registration is held in February, followed by a player evaluation for new players (all players make a team) in late March or early April. Second year players stay on the team from the prior year. Players will be notified as to the team they are on after the evaluation process is complete. Teams then begin practice in mid April, and league play starts on the first Saturday in May. League play then continues on weeknights through June, followed by a league playoff tournament ending with a championship game in July.

Doubleheaders a single night per league week have become recent standard, but single games on both Monday or Wednesday could be scheduled during the season. Game length is 6 innings, or 90 minutes.

All bats must be USA Baseball certified (not USSSA) with a barrel not exceeding 2-5/8".
